1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and araneta plus ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the araneta plus website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
- A chargeback has been initiated on a deposit.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where closure is not related to a breach, balances will be returned to the player subject to standard withdrawal procedures and identity verification requirements.
